The Reading Nook​

Rentals are 3 nights minimum. For months of July and August, 7-day rentals from Saturday to Saturday only.

 

Check in is at 4PM, check out 10AM.

Prices include utilities, linens and towels.

 

Cleaning and laundry are included up to parties of 6 people; additional people are charged at 15 euros per person to be passed to cleaner.  Discounts for long stays 2 weeks or more is possible except during high season (July and August months). 

 

Deposit of 20% upon booking, which acts as confirmation. Full balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

600 euro deposit to be added to rental rate, which can be provided in form of cheque or cash upon check-in. The amount will be returned upon check-out, assuming no damages were incurred.

 

Payment is by bank transfer, details which will be provided upon booking, or by PAYPAL.

During COVID, our booking refund terms are more flexible due to unforeseen travel restrictions. 

​

For our guests' health and our cleaner's, we follow French law requirement to keep a break of 3 days between rentals.
